LTK is being offered under an innovative fee-for-service business model: the only fee is when LTK is used to plan,
load, file, and fly an actual airlift mission.  And that per-mission service fee is so low - just 'a Buck a Ton' - that
it will be repaid by fuel cost savings within the first hour of flight.

Thus, assuming LTK is installed on your existing government Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) devices, and served
from a government-owned web server, there will be no up-front fee to equip and deploy LTK
at your airlift, helicopter, or tanker unit.  No extra staff will be needed needed to support/manage LTK,
either at your unit or at higher headquarters.
